We want Online Kura to reflect real situations in which people need a quick decision. You can suggest a new draw or decision tool, a game, a feature for an existing tool, an accessibility improvement, a translation correction or a bug fix.

How are suggestions evaluated?

Submissions are reviewed periodically. We consider how many people the idea could help, how well it fits the existing tools, mobile usability, technical feasibility, privacy and security impact, and how often similar requests are received.

What happens after submission?

Submitting an idea does not guarantee implementation, a release date or a personal reply. If you provide contact details, we may write to you if more information is needed. The same or a similar idea may already be planned or may have been submitted by another user.

Privacy and idea rights

Do not include passwords, identity numbers, health, financial or other sensitive information. By submitting an idea, you allow us to evaluate it and use it in the service without charge; submission does not create payment, partnership or exclusive ownership rights. Do not send confidential or copyrighted material belonging to someone else without permission.

Are suggestions actually reviewed?

Yes. Submissions are reviewed periodically and prioritised according to feasibility and potential user benefit.

Do I have to provide my name or email?

No. Both fields are optional. Add them only if you are comfortable receiving a possible follow-up message.

When will my suggestion be added?

We cannot provide a fixed timeframe. Some ideas are quick to implement, while others require more design, content or technical work; some may not be implemented.

Is submission free?

Yes. The form is free to use and no account is required.

Can I suggest a completely new tool?

Yes. Ideas related to random selection, draws, decision support or group games are welcome.

What if the same idea has already been submitted?

Repeated requests help us understand how widespread a need is, but the number of requests alone does not guarantee development.

Can I suggest an improvement to an existing tool?

Yes. Suggestions about filters, mobile usability, accessibility, sharing, content or visual design are welcome.

Should I include sensitive information?

No. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity numbers, health data or other sensitive personal information.
