You can select multiple genres at once to widen the pool, and press the suggestion button again until you land on exactly what you want.

Each time you press “Suggest” one title that matches your filters is returned at random. The last suggestion is remembered so the same title won’t repeat immediately.

The database includes films and series across all major genres. Toggle the “English” filter to limit results to English-language titles.
Can I filter by genre and type?
Yes. Select one or more genres, choose Film, Series or Doesn’t matter, and toggle the English filter. Multiple genres return titles matching any of them.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. It works smoothly on phones, tablets and computers.
Are my selections stored?
No. The filters you choose are sent to the server to generate a suggestion; they are not linked to any account.
Does it take up storage on my device?
No, it takes up no storage at all. Online Kura runs entirely in your browser — nothing is installed on your phone or computer. You can add it to your home screen and use it like an app.
