Reporting a technical problem
If a tool is not working or the layout appears broken, include the page URL, your device, operating system, browser and the steps that reproduce the problem. A screenshot can be useful, but please make sure it does not contain personal or sensitive information.
Suggestions form
For a new tool or feature idea, use the Suggestions form. Name and email are optional. Submissions are reviewed periodically, but submitting an idea does not create a commitment to build it or release it by a particular date.
Partnerships and advertising
You can email us about brand partnerships, advertising, content collaborations or organisational use. Include the purpose, scope, preferred timing and contact details. Do not send participant lists, customer data or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Privacy and data requests
For an access, correction or deletion request, you can use “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may ask for reasonable additional information where necessary to confirm that the request relates to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Response time
We try to review messages as soon as reasonably possible, but we do not provide a guaranteed response time or service-level commitment. Complete technical details can help speed up the review.
